Comit\u00e9 de Transparencia.<\/div><div class=\"su-spoiler-content su-u-clearfix su-u-trim\"><strong> <\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El Comit\u00e9 de Transparencia es el \u00f3rgano encargado de garantizar que la informaci\u00f3n p\u00fablica est\u00e9 disponible para la comunidad, proteger los datos personales y asegurar que la Universidad cumpla con sus obligaciones de transparencia. Su labor fortalece la rendici\u00f3n de cuentas y promueve el acceso responsable a la informaci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"has-text-align-center\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-group\"><div class=\"wp-block-group__inner-container is-layout-constrained wp-block-group-is-layout-constrained\">\n<details class=\"wp-block-details is-layout-flow wp-block-details-is-layout-flow\" Los miembros de la Comisi\u00f3n elegir\u00e1n a su Presidente y a su Secretario.<br>II. En caso de ausencia del Secretario, la Comisi\u00f3n designar\u00e1 de entre sus<br>miembros al Secretario de esa sesi\u00f3n.<br>III. Las sesiones se realizar\u00e1n previa convocatoria que expida el Presidente directamente o por conducto del Secretario, cuando menos con tres d\u00edas h\u00e1biles de anticipaci\u00f3n.<br>IV. En las convocatorias se se\u00f1alar\u00e1 el lugar, hora y fecha de la sesi\u00f3n y se adjuntar\u00e1 el orden del d\u00eda.<br>V. La Comisi\u00f3n deber\u00e1 sesionar con la asistencia de cuando menos Presidente, el Secretario y un Vocal.<br>VI. Las resoluciones se adoptar\u00e1n v\u00e1lidamente por el voto de cuando menos tres de los miembros presentes. El Presidente tendr\u00e1 voto de calidad en caso de empate.<br>VII.
